O que vais fazer.
- Suporte ao utilizador; - Troubleshooting e resolução de incidentes; - Instalação, configuração e preparação de equipamentos; - Atualização de software/hardware; - Apoio à gestão do parque informático.
Aquilo que esperamos de ti.
- Background académico na área das Tecnologias de Informação; - Experiência de, pelo menos, 1 ano em funções similares; - Experiência em Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory; - Conhecimento de ferramentas de ticketing; - Proatividade, dinamismo e boa capacidade de comunicação; - Capaz de colaborar e trabalhar bem em ambiente de equipa; - Orientação para resultados.
