Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.
We are seeking a Service delivery management to join our team in Porto (hybrid model) Key activities.
Manage vulnerabilities reports on a weekly basis, providing specific views depending on requests; Identify any vulnerabilities gaps according to the risks defined by Security teams and lead proactively some remediation plans with the technical teams; Manage the vulnerabilities actions plan, providing a specific view on Kpi, ETA and progress; Answer questions and execute operational tasks related to compliance requirements following the defined ETAs; Define, create and provide the reports and dashboard with SLAs delivered on all the Infrastructure scope (Infra, Security, EUS) to the companies / activities; Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, financial status, risks and issues; Create/Update/Support reports and dashboards with their SLAs for all the Infrastructure scope (DB, System, Network, Security, EUS); Support those presentations on a monthly basis if required.
Required skills.
Background in IT domain mandatory; Infrastructure (Linux, Windows, AWS) and vulnerabilities; Experience on delivery/reporting in a challenged and multi-projects environment; Strong interpersonal skills excellent oral and written skills with and ability to work in client-facing projects; Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities Data analysis skills; English language.
