Le poste consiste à fournir un support client de qualité via différents canaux de communication tels que chat et téléphone.
Vous serez en charge de répondre aux questions des clients concernant les paiements, les factures, les problèmes techniques et les fonctionnalités des produits.
Les candidats potentiels devront posséder un bon niveau de français, ainsi qu'un niveau d'anglais suffisant.
De plus, de bonnes compétences en communication, en résolution de problèmes et en service à la clientèle sont requises.
