The ideal candidate should have proven experience in both local SEO and website SEO for the hospitality industry, particularly hotels.
Key Responsibilities.
1.
Local SEO (Google My Business).
Optimize and manage the Google My Business (GMB) profile to ensure it ranks well in local search results.
Ensure accurate and consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) across all local listings and citations.
Gather and manage online reviews and ratings to improve local credibility.
Implement strategies for local pack ranking and Google Maps optimization.

Website SEO (On-Page & Off-Page Technical SEO).
Conduct a complete SEO audit of the hotel website, including technical SEO, keyword optimization, and content recommendations.
Implement on-page SEO techniques, including optimizing meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking.
Create high-converting landing pages and optimize them for user experience and SEO.
Build quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content marketing.
Optimize for mobile and local search to capture more bookings from search engines.
3.
Analytics & Reporting.
Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Provide regular reports on keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversion rates.
Suggest ongoing improvements based on data and results.
Skills & Expertise Required.
Proven experience with local SEO (Google My Business optimization, local citations, Google Maps).
Strong expertise in website SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
Experience with the hospitality industry, particularly hotels, is highly preferred.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Ability to create a strategy for both local SEO and website SEO to increase visibility, traffic, and bookings.
Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering results.
