SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER WITH FRENCH

Position Description.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in system integration projects and fluency in French.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex integration initiatives, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems, and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders across international teams.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Manage end-to-end system integration projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for seamless execution.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of system integrations.
• Ensure compatibility between various platforms, applications, and services.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure integration requirements are met.
• Address and resolve technical challenges related to system interoperability.
• Act as a bridge between business, development, and operations teams.
• Communicate effectively in French with global teams, clients, and partners.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical and business teams.
• Drive process automation and optimization to improve integration efficiency.
• Implement industry best practices in system integration and project management.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 10+ years of experience in managing system integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, middleware, APIs, and cloud integrations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, databases, and networking.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in French & English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
