We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile.
Scrum Master (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile transformations and managing projects.
Preferably in the financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, and risk management specific to financial services.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment with financial product requirements.
• Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.
., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) while addressing the unique complexities of financial services projects, such as security, data privacy, and scalability.
• Working in an Agile environment and the using agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe • Proficient use of agile project management software (e.
.
JIRA) and documentation (e.
.
confluence) • A continuous improvement attitude.
Identifying areas to improve and finding the right time and methods to implement.
• Experience in using coaching and mentoring approach to enable teams/squad autonomy • Demonstrate outstanding communication and social skills at all levels and have demonstrable ability to influence decisions • A firm grasp on estimation and coaching others on story points, velocity or other forms of metrics and the benefits of collecting data and being data driven.
• Technical knowledge or some familiarity with approaches, tooling and languages (Development:.
et, C#, Java, Scala, Python, Outsystems; API integration.
REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Ability to produce comprehensive documentation using BPMN and UML if required.
• BCS BA certification or equivalent industry certifications (desired) such as Certified Scrum Master accreditation (plus) • Other IT certifications (plus) Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
