YOUR ROLE Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
nsuring that the team follows agile principles and practices.
romoting collaboration and effective communication between team members.
elping the team achieve its sprint objectives and project goals.
rain and orientate the team on agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
orking closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the backlog is prioritised and well defined.
onitor and report on project progress using agile metrics.
YOUR PROFILEDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or related field;Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role;Knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum practices;Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
crum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) is an asset.
xperience in agile management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.)Experience in agile software development environments.
