YOUR ROLEWe are looking for motivated developers with experience in Scrum Master to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for.
Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more development teams, guiding the team through the Agile process and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
ollaborate closely with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
emove obstacles and ensure the team is able to work efficiently without interruptions.
romote transparency, communication, and collaboration among team members.
onitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
oster a culture of accountability, openness, and alignment to Agile principles.
nsure the team delivers high-quality, valuable increments at the end of each sprint.
OUR PROFILEAt least 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master;In-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of the Scrum framework;Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or other agile certifications will be considered an advantage;Experience with coaching teams in Agile methodologies;Exceptional communication, conflict resolution and situational leadership skills;Ability to motivate and empower the team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
