Your future duties and responsibilities.
Location.
Hyderabad Responsibilities.
• Manage a team of 25 members supporting SAP S/4HANA, EWM, Process Integration, Portal, BODS and RMCA solutions.
• Partner with client in delivering successful SAP roll outs, transformation of SAP landscape and implementation of business/IT driven projects.
• Deliver continuous Application Management Services, maintain and report Service Levels, work with client in developing Tech.
Plans based on client’s strategic planning.
• Exhibit outstanding quality, competence and objectivity in delivering the best services and solutions to fully satisfy client objectives.
• Identify risks and mitigations associated with project delivery, and work with project stakeholders in reviewing and implementing the mitigation plans.
• Manage and report project status, issues/actions and risks/mitigations to key stakeholders.
• Work closely with clients, partners, developers, functional consultants, delivery managers from onshore and offshore locations.
• Perform People Manager duties such as coaching/mentoring reporting members, periodic performance assessment and appraisal, and promoting teamwork.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Qualifications.
• 18+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years of program management experience.
• Experience in managing S/4HANA and satellite SAP systems.
• Must have demonstrated the ability to modernize SAP solutions.
• Working knowledge of waterfall and agile software-development lifecycle methodologies.
• Have a good understanding of Quality Assurance processes.
• Good understanding of SAP business processes (Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, Recruit to Retire, Design to Operate) and SAP solutions used in realizing these processes.
• Confident collaboration and communication skills to influence key stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with one or more SAP functional modules.
