Desenho, planeamento e arquitetura de processos;
Responsável por implementar novas soluções de SAP (SD, OTC) que suportem o negócio;
Manutenção de sistema e resolução de incidentes;
Integrações de sistemas com outros módulos, tais como MM, FI, CO;
Participação em implementações de raiz do sistema SAP e rol-outs a nível global;
Formação a utilizadores e apoio aos usuários finais.
