SAP GTS Consultant Job Description.
We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for SAP GTS applications that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
Qualification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher, with minimum relevant experience of 8+ years Responsibilities.
Strong functional understanding of SAPs GTS with 7 plus years of Relevant experience • Involved in full life cycle implementations in SAP GTS, Roll-outs and support projects • Should have experience in Design, Analyze, Development, Configuration, testing, Master data management, End user training and cutover activities.
• SAP GTS Compliance Management.
Should have proficiency in Sanctioned Party list (SPL) screening, Embargo check service, Export Legal control service, Import Legal control service, license determination, US Re-exports, ITAR compliance.
• SAP GTS Customs Management module.
Import and Export customs configuration, Automated customs declaration processing with AES, ATLAS, SAGITTA, PLDA etc., Customs Duty Framework, Bonded Warehouse processing, IPR and OPR processes, Experience in Customs e-filing processes in Europe, Product Classification and Transit procedure.
• Experience in UK customs processes • Master Data Set up for GTS.
Product Classification (ECCN, HT), Business Partners, Integration of Third-party data for Denied Party Lists, Customs Offices, Customs duty rates.
• SAP GTS Risk Management.
Trade preference processing for NAFTA, ASEAN+6, EFTA,EU+40 FTA’s Request, Dunning and Maintain Long Term Vendor declaration, perform preference determination, evaluate preference results, Print preference statements on Invoices, Issue LTVD to Customers etc.
• Hands on SAP integration experience with SAP SD, LE, FI …..
• Functional exposure to ABAP • Possess a strong business and customer/client focus.
• Experience in business process definition, requirements definition, solution architecture • Experience with writing Functional Specs for RICEFW • Need to have experience in production support projects • Writing functional specifications for ABAP custom programs and interfaces • Needs to have experience in scoping of projects and needs to be strong in creating innovative solutions based on business requirements • Experience with SAP Functional EDI transactions in GTS area • EDI, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Forms, Exits, Enhancements, Workflow, ALE IDOCS, BADI, BAPI, OOPS.
• Good Debugging skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to coordinate multiple GTS resources across projects • Ability to work in an fast-paced, changing, team environment and manage changes to scope or to requirements effectively.
• Willing to work in shifts Must-Have Skills.

Strong functional understanding of SAPs SD with 7 plus years of relevant experience • Configuration expertise in Pricing, Sales Cycle set up, Intercompany set up • Good knowledge of interface set up with customers and other third party systems • Hands on SAP integration experience with SAP MM, FI • Functional experience with ABAP pricing routines and sales document user exits (sales order, delivery, billing etc.) • Possess a strong business and customer/client focus.
