CGI-Regina is searching for a SAP Basis Consultant.
SAP Basis Consultant provides technical support and leadership on SAP Basis systems including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Your future duties and responsibilities are.
• SAP Systems monitoring and troubleshooting • SAP Basis administration tasks in S/4HANA, Enterprise Portal, PI and Solution Manager • Work on incidents related to SAPGUI issues • Work on troubleshooting single sign on, web dispatcher, printer issues etc.
• SAP Transport management system (STMS), configuration, creation, import etc.
• SAP Solution manager tasks • SAP HANA administration, monitoring backups, restore, table export/import etc.
• SAP System Client copy, refresh, license management • SAP Service Market place tasks, raising case with SAP, open connections, SAPRouter etc.
• Operating systems tasks, stop/start SAP applications, HANA databases and other maintenance tasks • SAP Support packs, kernel • Manage end to end resolution of Major Incident (Priority 1 and 2) and determine Root Cause • Closely collaborate with client’s 3rd party vendors supporting Infra and other systems connecting to SAP Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or other relevant fields • Minimum of 3-5 years IT related experience • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP Basis • Knowledge and experience in Basis HANA a plus • Knowledge in SAP BTP, Integration suite, SAP Analytics cloud administration a plus • Strong communication skills Skills.
