Whether in Customer Service, Back Office, Sales or Marketing - our positions offer you the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally and to start your career in an international company.Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:Supporting clients’ activities by offering world-class service to their customers while working on projects of top prestigious and worldwide brands byAnswering project-related queries from customersIdentifying issues and provide solutionsEnsuring high level of customer satisfactionRecording data in the CRM systemProviding ad-hoc supportBeing a team player and participate in the success of the team and project Requirements: Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:A native level of German and at least a B2 level of EnglishKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create A high school degreeBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people Having a drive for excellence and professionalismBeing a real team player and committed to your workExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid work permit for Portugal (required) Offer: What’s in it for you?Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year or even indefinite Working hours: full time (40h/week)Different schedules depending on the project, 8 hours a day, rotational schedule or regular working hoursVarious model options: on site, hybrid or remote projectsSalary range: 950 - 1500€ gross/month depending on project and relocation packageFor international candidates:Relocation Package including help with paperwork, accomodation and flight/travel ticketsHelp in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalHealth insuranceDifferent add ons such as language lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career pathsYour Future Company:By working with the major global players in BPOs, you have the flexibility to choose between locations in Portugal or Greece, including trendy cities such as Lisbon, Porto, Athens or Thessaloniki.Regardless of your location, you can expect an international experience in and around your future workplace.
