Risk Management & Internal Control Support Officer We are looking for a Risk Management & Internal Control Support Officer to assist with the integration of a new Risk Management Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Internal Control Tool.
The ideal candidate is a midlevel professional with a strong background in risk management excellent communication skills and experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide support to the Risk Management (including BCM) and Internal Control teams in the setup and integration of a unified tool.
Coordinate and follow up with external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.
Prepare specifications and work closely with relevant teams to ensure the tool meets all requirements.
Monitor the correct implementation of specifications in the tool and verify its functionality through testing.
Oversee data migration processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Prepare and conduct training sessions for endusers.
Integrate stakeholders into the tool to ensure its successful adoption.
Support the 1st line of operation teams in using the tool for their designated tasks.
Assist in the change management process to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
