Project-based, ongoing collaboration possible About Us.
We are looking for a talented freelance designer to help us create visually engaging and functional templates for our social media and podcast platforms.
These templates will be used for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify/Apple Podcasts.
The goal is to create templates that are easy to adapt for each platform while maintaining a consistent visual identity across channels.

LinkedIn.
Design an Announcement Image for Podcast featuring the guest(s).
Create 7 different quote designs to highlight key podcast moments.
Design 4 event announcement styles for upcoming events.
Create 4 sponsor announcement styles for sponsor collaborations.
Design 8 community voices templates (quotes or introductions from community members).
Develop 5 different Short Video placeholders for teaser clips.
Create 5 additional versatile designs for various use cases.
Instagram.
Design an Announcement Image for Podcast featuring the guest(s).
Create 7 different quote designs for Instagram.
Design 4 event announcement styles.
Create 4 sponsor announcement styles.
Design 8 community voices templates.
Develop 5 different Short Video placeholders.
Create 5 additional versatile designs for various use cases.
Focus on highly visual content that fits Instagram’s format and aesthetic.
YouTube.
Design 5 different short covers for YouTube video thumbnails.
Create 5 announcement images of podcast interviews.
Spotify / Apple Podcasts.
Design a Podcast Cover with guest image, inspired by our example format (Samy Liechti Episode 464).
Requirements.
Proven experience designing for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts).
Strong proficiency in Canva (or equivalent design software) and a creative portfolio demonstrating previous work.
Ability to adapt designs for various platforms while maintaining consistency in visual identity.
Excellent understanding of platform-specific design requirements (e.
., text-heavy for LinkedIn, highly visual for Instagram).
Quick turnaround times and ability to work autonomously.
Experience in podcast branding and social media marketing is a plus.
