Customer Service Representative French Market (Remote Urgent) Location.
Lisbon (Remote) Schedule.
arly Shift.
AM PM Night Shift.
AM AM 5 Days per Week Key Responsibilities.
Provide excellent customer support to Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat Address and resolve customer inquiries related to products services and accounts in a timely manner Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary to appropriate departments Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and maintaining effective communication Accurately update and manage customer accounts and interactions in the system Collaborate with team members and management to maintain a high standard of customer care Work flexible hours including early and night shifts with consecutive days off whenever possible Requirements.
Native French speaker (mandatory) C1 level of English (written and spoken) for internal communication Previous experience in customer service is a plus Strong communication and problemsolving skills Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously Techsavvy and comfortable working with customer support tools and systems Flexibility to work rotational shifts (early and night shifts) and meet business needs What We Offer.
