Review and moderate usergenerated content (text images videos) in line with community guidelines and platform policies.
Identify and escalate content that may violate legal or ethical standards.
Ensure compliance with platform policies to protect users from harmful or inappropriate material.
Address internal inquiries related to content moderation processes.
Assist in improving workflows and procedures to enhance moderation efficiency.
Stay informed on changes to content guidelines and moderation best practices.
Qualifications.
Native in Italian both written and spoken.
Proficiency in English (training will be conducted in English).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
A proactive approach to ensuring online safety and content integrity.
Prior experience in content moderation or related roles is advantageous.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends.
