Assist buyers and sellers with navigating the platform addressing transaction listing payment and delivery issues.
Review listings to ensure they comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.
Provide multichannel customer support via email chat and phone delivering tailored solutions.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Stay informed about marketplace updates features and policy changes to ensure accurate assistance.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Qualifications.
Native in Italian both written and spoken.
Proficient in English (training will be conducted in English).
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Prior experience in customer service ecommerce or similar roles is a plus.
Ability to manage a range of customer requests efficiently and professionally.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.

10 working days 8 hours per day.
Conducted in English.
Training start times will vary between h and h depending on your group.
