The company is seeking a motivated Spanishspeaking Recruiter to help identify and onboard exceptional talent for their teams in Lisbon or Porto Portugal.
Position Details.
Location.
Lisbon or Porto Portugal Employment Type.
Fulltime Remuneration.
Competitive base salary performance bonus Duties and Responsibilities.
Candidate Attraction.
Utilize databases social media and job fairs to source highquality candidates.
Interviewing.
Assess candidates knowledge skills and experience to match roles effectively.
Crossfunctional Collaboration.
Work with managers and departments to align recruitment goals and strategies.
Onboarding.
Facilitate seamless onboarding to integrate new hires successfully into the company.
Relationship Building.
Foster trust and engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Data Management.
Create update and maintain recruitment reports and databases.
Requirements.
Language Proficiency.
Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) with English fluency (B2 level).
Educational Background.
University degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Experience.
Proven track record in recruitment with expertise in sourcing techniques and referral programs.
Technical Skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Soft Skills.
Excellent organization communication and presentation abilities.
