Principais Responsabilidades - Assegurar o acolhimento e atendimento ao cliente no seu todo, realizando check-in e check-out; - Acolhimento do jogador de golfe à sua chegada ao club house proporcionando-lhe um serviço de transporte do seu Saco e Tacos para a zona do Caddy Master; - Vender o programa caddy para hóspedes do resort, grupos, membros e jogadores de golfe públicos por meio de interação por telefone, e-mail e cara a cara; - Preparação na zona do Caddy Master dos serviços e material de aluguer, trolleys ou Buggies que os clientes tenham solicitados e pago na Receção, bem como o controle da sua entrega e da sua devolução nas condições devidas; - Preparação do equipamento de jogo dos sócios (sacos e trollies) e respetiva limpeza depois do jogo; - Monitorizar o Pace of Play (velocidade de jogo) com visitas constantes ao campo de golfe, dando prioridade aos jogadores mais rápidos respeitando as regras básicas de etiqueta num campo de golfe; - No Tee de saída oferecer um briefing de apresentação sobre o campo dando destaque ás principais regras de o jogador deve ter em atenção.
