QE Lead (DWP) (m/f) – Remote What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Experience of infrastructure and shared service testing (AD Migrations, Sharepoint Upgrades); • Experience of Saas solutions; • Full lifecycle QE management experience; • Managing off-shore personnel; • Experienced in stakeholder management; • Flexible on SDLC type (waterfall, agile-like, etc.); • Good leadership acumen (lead up and down the line); • Strong stakeholder communicator, particularly in selling QE into projects; Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
