Recolher, organizar, processar e apresentar todos os indicadores de desempenho da empresa necessários para a elaboração de relatórios que apoiem a tomada de decisões estratégicas; Administrar o sistema de custeio, assegurando a alocação precisa dos proveitos e custos às respetivas atividades, de modo a garantir uma monitorização rigorosa das margens de rentabilidade; Realizar as atividades de strategic sourcing para as categorias de despesas sob a sua responsabilidade; Identificar e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos a seu cargo, com o objetivo de otimizar o serviço prestado aos clientes internos.
