The PSVs should be designed to handle overpressure caused by simple external fire cases, and back pressure considerations need to be taken into account.
Calculations should be performed using the latest version of ASPEN Hysys.
Key Project Requirements.
- Installation of double PSVs for each pressure tank - Sizing of PSVs for amines, phosphate, emulsion breaker, and polymerization inhibitor - Consideration for overpressure caused by simple external fire cases - Back pressure considerations - Use of the latest ASPEN Hysys for calculations Deliverables.
- Summary report with key results from the ASPEN Hysys calculations Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Extensive experience with PSV sizing and installation - Proficient in using ASPEN Hysys - Background in chemical engineering or a related field - Experience working with amines, phosphates, emulsion breakers, and polymerization inhibitors - Ability to produce clear and concise summary reports.
