This portal will have a unique 'Mentor Chat' feature, enabling clients or coaches to engage in paid chats with a mentor.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web development and customer support systems, with a focus on creating interactive, user-friendly interfaces.
Key features of the project include.
Developing a comprehensive mentor support portal that incorporates the following key features.
Secure and Efficient Mentor Chat & Robust Payment Integration; 1)Implement a real-time chat system that ensures secure communication between mentors and clients after they have made payment for a mentor, include in that chat system options; for 2) Request for Payment - if the customer requires another reply from a mentor 3) Provide option of 3 month subscription for a mentor.
4) They can also choose to chat with a coach on a mentor subscription based model.
User-Friendly Interface.
Design an intuitive and visually appealing interface that enhances user experience.
Optimize the portal for various devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile) to ensure accessibility.
Implement clear navigation and intuitive user flows.
Coach Dashboard Enhancements.
Redesign the coach login page to include a sponsorship request form and an upcoming events section.
Make the homepage and music meditation more visually appealing The successful freelancer will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, customer service, and website development.
The AI mentor should be a life coach.
