As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide professional and friendly support via phone and email in both Polish and English, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless resolution of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to products, services, and the frequent flyer program.
Assist customers with their queries, offering solutions and ensuring a smooth resolution process.
Manage and follow up on customer processes, including proactive updates to clients about their cases.
Log and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the company’s systems.
Handle offline tasks such as processing forms, emails, tickets, and other administrative duties.
Achieve or exceed departmental productivity goals while maintaining high-quality service.
Escalate critical issues concerning customer well-being or cases that fall beyond your scope of resolution.
What We’re Looking For.
Proficiency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.
