Lisbon Portugal (Onsite) Type.
Fulltime Key Responsibilities.
Provide excellent customer service to Polishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with product information orders and servicerelated questions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
Requirements.
Native or fluent in Polish (written and spoken).
Good communication skills in English.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Ability to work onsite in Lisbon Portugal.
