• Scripting experience on PowerShell/VB.
• Good network skills (DHCP, DNS, Firewall).

• Experience in deploying and managing Windows across an enterprise.
(SCCM/Intune) • Application Distribution for Windows & MacOS.
(SCCM/Intune) • Packaging expertise using tools like Admin Studio, Wise Package Studio, Flexera, InstallShield, Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool… • Intune deployment.
LOB [MSI, MSIX, APPX…] or Win32 apps [Intune packages].
• SCCM deployment.
Applications, Packages, DPs, Dependencies, Supersedences, etc.
• Applications virtualization Technologies using Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) • Experience in creating and maintaining complex installers (MSI, MSIX, MST, Custom actions, Embedded scripts, PowerShell scripts).
• Experience in enterprise Desktop Management, and Software Distribution.
Strong working knowledge of windows installer, MSI tables, windows registry entries, and installing system drivers.
• Strong PowerShell/VB Scripting skills.
• Experience with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) packaging technology.
• Printing configuration and incident management experience.
• Browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) configuration and incident management experience.
• Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation.

Job Description The position is a global role and is responsible for solution implementation around Modern deployment environment through Intune and SCCM.
A Workplace Engineer is an individual who works closely with our Architecture and Engineering team.
An ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in workstations management and deployment for heavily locked-down environments along with an understanding of Agile development methodologies.
The primary function of this position is to manage workplace tasks, projects, and operational support activity.
Additional responsibilities include conducting studies of system usage, making recommendations for improving usability of automated tools, and identifying opportunities for increased adoption of orchestration technologies.
Candidate should have hands-on experience of installing, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting both custom built and off-the shelf automation solutions for a range of IT infrastructure and application delivery processes.
Duties and Responsibilities • The role requires close interactions with multiple IT departments to address their needs through an end-to-end project execution lifecycle within the End User eXperience team in a global environment.
• Key member of our Escalation team interfacing, collaborating, and governing all work related to this role.
• Real time troubleshooting related to SCCM/Intune issues.
• Participation to Design, development, documentation, and revision of existing or new environments or solutions as per requirements or project needs.
• End to end migration strategy for Windows and Macos based packages or smoke testing for apps like LOB [MSI, MSIX, APPX…] or Win32 apps [Intune packages].
• Proposes technical solutions to build scalable solutions and exhibits a pragmatic view on reducing technical debt.
• Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.
• Analyzes technical problems and troubleshoots them to prevent future occurrences.
• Enforces standards, security procedures, and access controls to ensure integrity while applying security measures according to the strategy of app deployments via Intune/SCCM and pentest results.
• Translates technical requirements into understandable business language for end users.
• Able to establish new standards for quality, performance, or productivity.
• Creates and maintains system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
• Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with internal teams and determines course of action for new initiatives.
