Job Description Team presentation and main goal.
AP Clerk team is involved in P2P process.
In this process, AP clerk team is in charge of.
● Management of supplier invoices from receipt to preparation for payment (input, recovery…) ● Analysis and monitoring of payment deadlines (analysis of debtor supplier posts, payment delays, unauthorised invoices identification and resolution of blocking points, etc.) in order to ensure that invoices are paid on time.
● Performs checks on invoices ● Applies invoices validation rules ● Resolves invoice mismatches autonomously Qualifications Educational background.
- 2 years minimum of practicing Accounting and knowledge about French rules as.
Accounting date, rules about period of times, French VAT, assets (differences with charges); Bank reconciliation.
- minimum  B1 french level is mandatory; Fluency in English.

Lunch break.
Outside in the big  terrace  (look at your crops at the  Urban Garden; ready to harvest!) or, if you feel like stretching your legs,  walk downtown  to grab lunch.
Back inside.
Quick sprint review (working together anywhere means virtual happy birthday to that colleague in Paris that just turned 35).
The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates).
End it on a high note.
just one  PlayStation  game or the final match for that  ping-pong  tournament.
Tomorrow, you complete that  certified technical training  and the day after, you will  work from home,  taking advantage to finally do that  online course on Udemy.
