As tuas funções? Atendimento ao Cliente.
Responder de forma eficiente, empática e centrada no cliente às solicitações de clientes feitas por telefone e e-mail.
Gestão de Reclamações.
Identificar e resolver problemas dos clientes, garantindo a satisfação em todas as interações.
Acompanhamento.
Manter o cliente informado sobre o progresso da sua solicitação até à resolução final.
Registo de Interações.
Manter registos precisos e detalhados das interações no sistema de CRM.
Feedback e Melhorias.
Documentar feedback dos clientes e sugestões para melhorias dos serviços.
Colaboração Interna.
Trabalhar em conjunto com outros departamentos para assegurar a melhor resolução dos problemas.
Análise de Tendências.
Contribuir para a identificação de padrões nas solicitações e reclamações, ajudando a melhorar a qualidade do serviço.
O que procuramos? Formação.
12º Ano ou Licenciatura.
Experiência.
Mínimo de 3 anos em atendimento ao cliente ou áreas semelhantes.
Comunicação.
Excelente capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita.
Empatia.
Capacidade para lidar com situações difíceis de forma calma e profissional.
Orientação para Resultados.
Foco na resolução de problemas e na satisfação do cliente.
Espírito de Equipa.
Capacidade para trabalhar em colaboração com outros departamentos.
Informática.
Conhecimentos em sistemas de CRM.
Flexibilidade.
Disponibilidade para trabalhar entre as 9h e as 18h.
