Backoffice tasks with occasional outbound calls Handle customer inquiries regarding payments refunds VAT adjustments invoice amendments credit/debit memos and reconciliation with care and efficiency Provide assistance to Sales Sales Support and Order Management daily ensuring smooth operations addressing customer inquiries and managing escalations across all payment methods You need.
Fluency in Dutch (C1 native level) Proficiency in English (min.
B2 level) Excellent telephone manner interpersonal and communication skills and very good accuracy and attention Offer.
