The ideal candidates will be providing support primarily via phone.
Key Responsibilities.
- Engaging with customers and addressing their queries over the phone.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through phone calls.
Qualifications.
- Minimum 10th standard, preferably 12th, graduates or postgraduates.
- Income range between based on qualifications and experience.
- Office timing from 9am to 4pm.
Ideal Skills.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
- Ability to understand and resolve customer issues.
- Experience with phone support software is a plus, but not mandatory.
