Client Service Manager Location.
Onsite in Lisbon Portugal Employment Type.
Permanent Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and fluent in one of the above languages plus English We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Lisbon! Key Responsibilities.
Service Management Reviews.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align client services and performance with business goals managing regular contract reviews and updates.
Relationship Management.
Maintain overall customer health ensuring visibility and compliance and address red flag issues proactively.
Operational Excellence.
Oversee service level assessments reporting and analysis.
Drive service improvements and process enhancements working closely with Operations and Service Delivery.
Performance Metrics.
Review KPIs provide action plans and deliver accurate timely reports to senior management for forecasting and analysis.
Special Projects.
Contribute to special projects and daytoday improvements with a cooperative spirit.
Requirements.
Education.
Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in a related field.
Certifications.
ITIL V3/v4 CISCO CSM.
Experience.
Proficient in PowerPoint Excel Outlook Word and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of business planning resource management and financial budgeting is a plus.
