YOUR ROLE * Deploying and inspecting IT network systems within NOC * Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems * Performing regular checks on network hardware and software * Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions * Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors together with Network team * Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports * Managing system backups and network security protocols.
YOUR PROFILE * Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field * Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures * Availability to work on shifts (24/7).
Nice to Have * Excellent troubleshooting skills * Sense of responsibility, pro-activity and dynamism * Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures * Good level of English.
