Deliver outstanding customer service via phone email and chat handling inquiries and concerns.
Assist customers with productrelated questions to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Accurately record and manage customer interactions in our system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
Keep uptodate with product and service knowledge to provide informed assistance.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed.
Requirements.
Native proficiency in Irish English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong problemsolving skills with a customerfocused approach.
Familiarity with computer systems and software.
Work Schedule.
Monday to Friday.

PM Saturday and Sunday.
