Neste momento, estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa com um/a Network Support Technician, para alocar ao nosso cliente.
O que vais fazer.
- Suporte técnico a clientes empresariais; - Troubleshooting e resolução de incidentes relacionados com rede; - Configuração de equipamentos de rede; - Monitorização de sistemas de alarmística; - Criação de documentação.
Aquilo que esperamos de ti.
- Background académico na área das Tecnologias de Informação (ou similar); - Experiência de, pelo menos, 1 ano em áreas de operações, suporte ou implementação de rede; - Conhecimentos de routing, switching, VPNs, firewall; - Conhecimentos de redes de acesso de operador (GPON, Ethernet, MPLS), sistemas operativos (Windows, Linux), VoIP (SIP), redes wi-fi (plus); - Conhecimentos de inglês (plus); - Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos em regime 100% presencial; - Boas competências ao nível da comunicação e relação interpessoal; - Proatividade, dinamismo e motivação para aprender; - Capacidade de gestão de tempo e cumprimento de timings de entrega; - Orientação para os objetivos; - Boa capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
