Currently, we are recruiting fluent French or Italian speakers to operate in the Portuguese market.
Responsibilities.
Develop optimized solutions to assist clients in problem resolution.
Act proactively and timely to guarantee efficiency and quality.
Continuously improve the client experience.
What We Expect from You.
Fluent in French or Italian, and of course, English (B2) Natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Be a master at problem solving Proactive Attitude and willingness to assist clients.
