What are you going to do? Manage and further develop the M365 infrastructure and services as part of the product team; Provide support for M365 services, including Exchange Online/On-Prem, Teams, and SharePoint Online; Handle incident, change, release, and lifecycle management of M365 platforms, including 24/7 on-call service; Offer technical support for employees regarding IT infrastructure issues, including PCs, printers, network (LAN/WLAN), and workplace applications; Act as the single point of contact for user or infrastructure problems and collaborate closely with support teams.
What are we looking for? Proven professional experience with M365 services and Exchange, staying up to date with the latest technological developments; Comfortable working in a complex and highly critical system landscape; Strong customer orientation, confident communication, and a high level of service understanding; Experience in IT support for PCs, printers, networks (LAN/WLAN), and workplace applications is desirable; Knowledge of scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell and Power Automate is a plus; Higher education in IT or a comparable qualification; Proficient in English and German (written and oral); French (written and oral) is a plus; Willingness to travel.
