Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
Job Description.
International and interdisciplinary cooperation.
As Local IT Support EMEA, you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
Your contribution to something big.
* Working as team member in our local IT Support team * Advise and guide IT users in the use of IT products (hardware and software) according to the agreed service process * Support users in the selection/procurement of end devices and software.
In doing so, you keep technical and commercial criteria in mind for decision-making * You analyze and describe problems and requirements together with the customer, select the appropriate solution based on the urgency, scope, importance and position of the customer and can justify this convincingly * Take over the installation and configuration of IT products and resolve problems with hardware and software.
In case of complex problems, you independently contact the next support level and involve further experts * Working in rollout projects (hardware and software) together with your team Qualifications.
What distinguishes you.
* Succesfull completion of an apprenticeship as IT specialist, information technician or comparable qualification * Very good knowledge in IT and PC (hardware and software) * Very high customer/service orientation and the ability to work in a team incl.
