As a L&D Trainer, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and deliver training programs that will not only drive individual performance but also contribute to the overall success of the company.
You will be responsible for both onsite and virtual training, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience for all employees.

What you'll do Plan, prioritize, and schedule training programs, ensuring excellence in delivery across all areas; Create, update, and deliver training materials and content; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and design development programs based on business requirements; Support the continuous innovation of training processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals; Conduct appraisals, learning plans, and monitor the progress of trainees through evaluations and feedback; Maintain compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and training policies.
What you'll need Proven experience as a trainer (preferred); JUMP Certification for Trainer completed (internal candidates only); Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (additional languages such as Portuguese is a plus); Solid understanding of training methodologies (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job, etc.); Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), MS Teams, and other relevant tools; Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively; Passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering quality training programs.
