Key Responsibilities.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
• Drive the adoption and optimization of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices to ensure streamlined delivery and deployment pipelines.
• Utilize your proficiency in programming languages such as.
ET and Java to contribute to and review codebases, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring team members, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management and operations, to align on project requirements and deliverables.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, providing clear updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications.
• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or in a similar role within software development.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as.
ET and Java.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
• Fluency in English is essential for both verbal and written communication.
