Lead IT Service Desk Technician Role.
Our FinTech client is seeking a Lead IT Service Desk Technician to join their team in Manhattan.
As a member of the Corporate IT team, you will have the opportunity to create a seamless experience for end-users in multiple offices around the world, research and deploy new tools and services and solve hard problems.
Qualifications Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently, multi-task and establish priorities while having a passion to help people and to learn and improve IT in an innovative manner Proficient in both macOS and Windows operating system and hardware troubleshooting Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills Web conferencing knowledge (tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc...) Experience with Okta and back-office applications (SSO, Okta, G Suite / Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro etc...)
