Key Responsibilities.
- Provide L2 support for our stores in Germany and the Central European region.
- Manage IT projects relevant to our stores.
- Frequent travel to various locations, approximately 30% of the time.
Skills and Experience Required.
- IT Project Management.
Handling tasks like switching iPhones and overseeing IT projects in our stores.
- Incident Management.
Providing L2 support and addressing incidents as they arise.
- Network Skills.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
- Tech Stack Proficiency.
Familiar with O365, ServiceNow, Cisco Meraki, WorkspaceOne, and Windows 11.
- Retail Experience.
Previous experience in retail is a significant advantage.
- Language Proficiency.
Fluent in English and German.
- Travel Flexibility.
Based in Munich, with frequent visits to Hamburg, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, and occasional trips to Poland and Kazakhstan.
This project demands an individual with at least 3-5 years of experience in IT project management and L2 support.
The role involves primarily providing L2 support to our stores, with IT project management being a secondary focus.
