Requisitos.
- Profesional en ingeniería de sistemas, informática, electrónica o afines al rol.
- 3-6 años de experiencia en soporte de producción, particularmente en un rol de Soporte de Nivel 1.
- Inglés conversacional (B2 o superior).
- Domínio de sistemas mainframe, especialmente DB2.
- Sólida experiencia en procesos de Seguimiento/Gestión de Incidentes y Gestión de Cambios.
- Experiencia previa en la industria bancaria/financiera.
- Fluidez en inglés y español, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para priorizar tareas y trabajar de manera efectiva bajo presión en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
Funciones y/o responsabilidades.
- Proporcionar soporte de Nivel 1 para los sistemas de producción, garantizando la disponibilidad continua y la pronta resolución de problemas.
- Monitorear, rastrear y gestionar incidentes utilizando herramientas de Gestión de Incidentes, asegurando la escalación oportuna cuando sea necesario.
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz para problemas de producción e implementar soluciones preventivas.
- Utilizar sistemas mainframe DB2 para resolver y solucionar problemas relacionados con la producción.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para implementar procesos de gestión de cambios, asegurando una mínima interrupción en los sistemas de producción.
- Mantener y actualizar la documentación relacionada con las operaciones del sistema, los procesos de soporte y los informes de incidentes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de la empresa y de la industria, especialmente en el ámbito bancario/financiero.
- Proporcionar comunicación oportuna a las partes interesadas internas tanto en inglés como en español, garantizando claridad sobre los problemas en curso y sus resoluciones.
Deseables.
- Familiaridad con las prácticas de ITIL para la gestión de incidentes, problemas y cambios.
- Experiencia con sistemas de gestión de tickets (por ejemplo, ServiceNow, JIRA) para la gestión de incidentes.
- Conocimiento de herramientas y sistemas mainframe adicionales más allá de DB2.
- Experiencia en requisitos regulatorios y de cumplimiento en la industria financiera.
