Your responsabilities.
*Providing support to application users via phone, email, and chat channels.
*Guidance and support for installing applications and compatible devices such as cameras, speakers, and home thermostats.
*Offering pre-sales assistance to users, helping them make informed choices about suitable solutions.
*Proficiently handling customer escalations and effectively escalating issues and customers to higher-level technical departments when necessary.
Our expectations.
*You speak German native or C2 *Intermediate English level (min B2) *Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal *Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon *You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team Main duties.
