We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator to join our team and enhance our LinkedIn presence.
Job Description.
We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to manage our LinkedIn account and grow our digital presence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing our LinkedIn company page, and interacting with our online community.
Key Responsibilities.
1.
LinkedIn Management.
* Maintain the primary LinkedIn company page and two employee accounts.
* Post content, including AI-generated materials, twice a week to ensure regular engagement with our audience.
2.
Engagement.
* Actively engage with personal profiles, companies, and community groups.
* Initiate and respond to a minimum of 100 comments per week during the two-month warm-up phase and maintain at least 30 comments per week thereafter.
Qualifications.
* Proven experience in content creation and social media management, particularly on LinkedIn.
* Perfect English language skills are required.
* Knowledge of Russian is desirable but not necessary.
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to create compelling and original content.
* Familiarity with AI tools and technology is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* A proactive attitude and creativity in engaging with online communities.
Work Schedule.
* This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
* Part-time commitment, with flexible hours to accommodate content posting and engagement activities as required.
Performance Metrics.
* Achieve a minimum of 10% increase in follower engagement and reach each week.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as likes, shares, and comments weekly.
* Consistently improve content quality and engagement rates through data-driven insights and creative strategy.
