Suporte técnico e troubleshooting aos utilizadores finais; Implementação e gestão da distribuição de imagens de sistema através de SCCM; Diagnóstico e resolução de problemas relacionados com hardware e software; Gestão da administração e da implementação de desktops e dispositivos.
Perfil.
Habilitações académicas ao nível do 12º Ano; Experiência profissional superior a 1 ano em funções similares; Experiência profissional comprovada em SO Windows, bem como em deployment através de SCCM; Bons conhecimentos de instalação, configuração e sincronização do Microsoft Suite, Outlook e OneDrive; Familiaridade com metodologias e melhores práticas de ITIL; Fluência em Inglês (obrigatório); Forte espírito crítico e com uma abordagem de resolução de problemas; Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita.
Capacidade analítica e de atenção ao detalhe; Disponibilidade para projetos de curta duração.
