Requirements: Our client is a great match if you:Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions.Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player.Having previous customer experience is a plus.
