In this role you will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences by delivering outstanding service and support.
Your primary focus will be on delighting customers meeting their needs and fostering longterm relationships.
Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries through various channels including phone email and chat ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Deliver topnotch support to customers handling questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of our products and services.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and develop best practices.
Stay informed about our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications Native Italian speaker with strong communication skills in English.
Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and creating positive experiences.
Ability to thrive in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problemsolving skills and keen attention to detail.
