We are looking for an IT User Support Professional (m/f/d) who will champion the seamless integration of IT services and user satisfaction, to integrate the team of our client.
This role requires a unique blend of empathy for the user experience, a keen understanding of IT service management, and the ability to drive adoption of new technologies through excellent interpersonal skills.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? Enhance user satisfaction  by organizing measures that ensure effective use of IT services and lead to productivity improvements; Advocate for IT solutions that are effectively utilized by end-users, focusing on ease of use and efficiency; Prepare designated areas for the rollout of new services, ensuring users are well-informed and ready for change; Support end-users  with both formal and informal training, promoting the adoption of new services and fostering a culture receptive to technological advancements; Define user requirements and facilitate their translation into IT demand, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of IT service development; Build comprehensive knowledge of user workflows within designated areas to tailor IT solutions effectively; Establish and maintain strong relationships with users, providing ongoing support and communication to guarantee the successful implementation of new services and systems; Cultivate key-user and IT coordinator communities to encourage knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving; Implement process improvements to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency; Offer consultancy for the location-specific rollout of new IT services, ensuring alignment with user expectations and business objectives; Drive innovation by promoting and piloting Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in emerging technologies, with a focus on user-centric design.
What is required from you? Bachelorus degree in a relevant field, with a focus on user experience; Proven track record in enhancing user experience within an IT context; Exceptional soft skills, including communication, empathy, and the ability to manage change; Strong analytical skills to understand user needs and translate them into IT requirements.
