Função Sensibilizar, mobilizar e promover o respeito das boas práticas corporativas ao nível da cibersegurança Gerir os feedbacks dos clientes internos (incidentes, pedidos) diagnosticando e procurando soluções Instalar e configurar diferentes ferramentas digitais Formar utilizadores potenciando a competência, responsabilidade e autonomia das equipas Procurar soluções sustentáveis de forma a reduzir o impacto das ferramentas no meio ambiente Gestão e coordenação de prestadores Auxiliar as equipas técnicas a resolver anomalias através de testes a várias aplicações Apoiar os líderes das diferentes áreas digitais do departamento (ex.
